The houses are situated within approximately two acres of land and are located only 500 metres from the main road to Alberobello.

The houses look out onto an impressively landscaped and picturesque outside living area. Perfect for entertaining family and friends, the area consists of a large timber gazebo which is equipped with an outdoor gas hob, worktop, sink, fridge, microwave, brick built barbecue and traditional wood fired pizza oven.

The property also boasts a stunning infinity pool which has been sympathetically designed to merge seamlessly into its hillside position. It also includes a terraced area for sunbathing with ample sun loungers, canopy beds and outdoor furniture to choose from. To the right of the pool down a short path, lies a grassed amphitheatre; perfect for outdoor games and entertaining.
